Over 14 years of experience as a physician assistant, clinically practicing in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine. Expanded into an advanced practice provider (APP) educator role and subsequently Administrative APP Director in a 900 bed hospital system. Established on multiple hospital committees. Interested in ongoing critical care education, quality improvement initiatives and healthcare leadership. During the COVID pandemic assisted in system PPE policies and other critical resources. Beginning December 2020 led the WakeMed COVID Vaccine Project delivering over 100,000 vaccines to healthcare workers, patients and community members by creating mass vaccination clinics, drive-through clinics, strike teams and inpatient vaccination programs.
