Dear current and past colleagues,
I hope that you are all doing well. We are conducting a survey through the Society of Critical Care to gain insight into existing tele-critical care training practices. Our hope is to gain an understanding of current practices in order to develop future guidance to help improve the field of tele-critical care. If you have received the survey through SCCM and filled it out - thank you and please disregard. But if you have not had a chance to fill it out can I ask for a few minutes of your time to answer a few questions for us? (See below)
The Tele-Critical Care Committee of the Society of Critical Care Medicine recognizes a potential gap in practitioner readiness to engage in tele-critical care. The committee is interested in gaining insights into existing practices and receiving input to aid in the development of training guidance. Their goal is to enhance the confidence and competence of tele-critical care clinicians, enabling them to deliver exceptional quality care.
If you are a healthcare practitioner who cares for critically ill or injured patients via tele-critical care services, please complete this 5- to 10-minute survey if you have not done so already.
