Listed below are some important dates to mark on your calendar. Further details on each event coming in over the next few months.
Congress Meet and Greet, Networking Event, Sunday January 21st, following end of Congress for the day, around 6pm. For chapter members attending Congress in Phoenix, we will hold a meet and greet at a local restaurant with hors d'oeuvres and drinks provided by the chapter. We hope if you are in Phoenix, you will join us at this events. Location and specific time will be provided prior to Congress.
Chapter Business Meeting, Tuesday, February 6th 5-7pm EST. Thank you to the members who responded to the doodle poll. This business meeting will be virtual. We plan to have some activities to give you the opportunity to win some chapter merchandise or a discount on symposium registration. Zoom link will be sent via connect by end of year.
CVCSCCM Annual Scientific Symposium, June 13-14, 2023, Myrtle Beach, SC. The education committee is putting together an exceptional educational program for the chapter.
CALL FOR SPEAKERS!! We still have opening for speakers at the symposium. Speakers receive an honorarium, free symposium registration, and one night hotel stay. If any of the following topics interest you, please reach out to our education committee chair, Lesly Jurado, at Lesly.Jurado@nhrmc.org.
