Calling all pulmonary hypertension centers!
We are looking to move from paper orders to CPOE for IV epoprostenol and treprostinil. I'm interested to know if you are using paper vs electronic orders, and for those who use Cerner CPOE, what clinical decision support, default builds, alerts and restrictions did you employ to prevent dosing weight and concentration errors?
