I have served as a mentor for several CVCSCCM members to help them achieve FCCM. We worked together to ensure submission materials were in the appropriate format, the correct letter of recommendation writers were chosen and setting my mentees up for success to receive their FCCM. Over the several months of mentorship, I got to know these individuals better and have been able to work with them in other capacities within the chapter and on outside projects. I have really enjoyed this opportunity through CVCSCCM and would encourage everyone to participate in this program, either as a mentor or mentee!
