I am excited to announce that we have scheduled our next annual scientific symposium for June13-14 in Myrtle Beach, SC. Please see attached save-the-date. We hope you will be able to joint us for this event! Please post and share with your colleagues. Our education committee is in the process of planning this educational endeavor. We are still actively looking for members to participate as mentors. If interested, please reach out to Alyssa Lear at alyssa.lear@atriumhealth.org.
Our membership committee has been reaching out to training programs to promote our chapter. Efforts have been fruitful at we now have more than 500 members.
Our communication and social media committee is in desperate need of volunteers. If you like to tweet, please reach out to myself at Kristieccrn@aol.com to discuss revitalizing our twitter and FB presence. Maybe even get an Instagram account for the chapter up and going.
Research committee remains active and strong with several projects and publications in the works.
