I would like to share opportunity to publish manuscript in Pubmed cited journal (one of MDPI journals) in special issue "Telemedicine – Technical Developments Applied Into Clinical Practice". Journal has charge for publication - 200CHR (~2150USD).

Please let me know directly vitaly@mayo.edu if you have interest in such publication.

I would like add clarification as that is not evident from my original post...

I'm looking for people with interest to publish their own manuscripts. I organize that special issue and share that opportunity within community about opportunity to submit paper.

I do not want to start any debate, but personally I see this as a very unethical practice and disservice to science where they charge 2150 USD for one open access article. So if a person doesn't have money, he can't publish?

I entirely agree that publication for fee when journal charging authors is not good model. Especially with many "predatory" journals.

In this particular case I'm trying to find 10 people/groups that interesting publish manuscripts on telemedicine and organize special issue in journal that Pubmed cited and has raising impact factor.

Usually in authorship group there are funds available to cover publication fees from university or grants or something else.

PS. Here is good reading in Nature journal on topic "Open access: The true cost of science publishing" -  https://www.nature.com/articles/495426a

I thought in a broad, extensive article, with many authors, sharing the costs

If each one write and pay his own article, I'll prefer publish and choose the journal by myself
