    Allison Dalton, M.D., practices critical care at the University of Chicago where she is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Anesthesia and Critical Care.  Dr. Dalton has been active in educational leadership is Program Director of the Critical Care Medicine Fellowship, serves on the Resident Recruitment Committee, and chairs the Resident Clinical Competence Committee.  She is the Director and Founder of the Anesthesia Peer Support Group, participated in the Ethics Resource Group for COVID-19, and recently won the Andranik Ovassapian Humanism in Medicine Award.  Dr. Dalton has done significant work nationally with the Society of Critical Care Anesthesiologists (SOCCA), and already has significant programming experience having served as the 2021 SOCCA Annual Meeting Vice-Chair.


    Hina Faisal, M.D., MRCS, is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery and Anesthesia at Houston Methodist Hospital.  Dr. Faisal has had numerous research initiatives and has been an active member in SCCM.  She is particularly suited to the position of treasurer being capable of handling figures, having a methodical way of thinking, and experience in dealing with large sums of money and budgets.  She has had experience in financial control and budgeting, has an eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills.
